Missed Call Recovery · Built for independent residential HVAC companies

Trust & transparency

Privacy policy.

Effective date: September 8, 2026

Plain-English notice

This policy explains how information is handled when an HVAC company uses Missed Call Recovery or a homeowner interacts with a recovery call or message. Before public launch, the service owner should add its legal business name, mailing address, and dedicated privacy contact to this page.

1. What this policy covers

“Missed Call Recovery,” “we,” and “the Service” refer to the missed-call recovery service described on this website. The Service helps independent residential HVAC companies return missed calls, collect job details, and hand genuine customer opportunities back to the HVAC team.

2. Information we may handle

Depending on how the Service is configured, we may handle:

3. How information is used

We use information to operate the recovery process, return missed calls, send permitted messages, collect and deliver HVAC job details, notify the HVAC team, measure whether a recovery qualifies for billing, provide support, secure the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with law.

We do not sell caller or customer information. We do not use the recovery records to build advertising audiences for unrelated businesses.

4. When information is shared

Information may be shared with:

Service providers are expected to handle information only for the services they provide and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Calls, texts, and compliance responsibilities

The Service may use phone calls, SMS, or other communication channels to recover a missed call. Depending on the configuration and applicable law, communications may be logged, recorded, transcribed, or summarized. The HVAC company is responsible for using the Service lawfully, providing any required notices, obtaining any required consents, honoring do-not-call or opt-out requests, and making sure its forwarding and messaging instructions are accurate.

A caller who no longer wants messages should follow the opt-out instructions in the message or tell the HVAC company they contacted. Emergency situations should be directed to appropriate emergency services, not this Service.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, complete handoffs, maintain billing and business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, protect security, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet or telephone system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Choices and requests

Depending on the person’s relationship with the Service and applicable law, a person may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask about an opt-out. An HVAC company should use its onboarding or account-support contact. A caller should first contact the HVAC company they intended to reach, because that company controls the customer relationship and may need to respond to the request.

We may need to verify a request and may retain limited information where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes or legal requirements develop. The effective date above will change when an update is posted. Continued use of the Service after an update means the updated policy applies going forward.
